Hello dearest friends, It is beautiful to share this precious heart space with you all 🙏🏾💕 This week has been powerful with many data stirring intensely. I felt very grateful to take refuge in the teachings, writing out the texts and enjoying the soothing energy of the teachings with Rinpoche. I’ve also opened up some topics with my trainer and in relevant Four Mainstays Calls. It’s amazing to see that what would, in the past, have been a week of turmoil, was a brilliant week of learning, empowerment and seeing clearly how to be of most benefit. This is what I love so much about this teaching, that data which previously would have taken me down become my greatest strength, wisdom and love. Thank you all for your inspiring examples of living as open intelligence and love. I love this community and I am so happy to share my life with you 💛🙏🏾💛 PS. This is a photo of the habourside in Bristol. I love watching the boats afloat and seeing the ripples in the water, forever flowing, that disappear without a trace, so deeply relaxing 🙏🏾 Love you all! 💓
