The source of data (thoughts, emotions, sensations) is open intelligence. All data appear within the overall view of open intelligence. This is similar to stars appearing within the sky at night. We begin to relax with all the data of daily life. We do this by relying on open intelligence for short moments, many times until it becomes uninterrupted. We can allow all data to flow on by when we rely on open intelligence.
