Open intelligence has natural clarity at all times like the brilliant light that fills the cloudless sky at high noon. It has this clarity naturally. We don’t need anything for that clarity to be, it is just naturally arising, naturally present. It doesn’t depend on anything. Short moments of open intelligence is best because it allows this natural clarity to become obvious at all times.
