Having been part of the Bristol short moments Community since it began way back in 2008 - it was such a blessing force to all be back together at the Courtyard and have Lama Adrian visit us for a face to face teaching, last weekend, and fully ramp up the beneficial vibes for 2022 💪🏻⚡️❤️ Best news is he will be back again this Saturday for a One Day training 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻so look forward to seeing you face to face or online 🙏🏼
